I'm Emma.

I’ve had enough bad bosses in my career to prioritize being a good one. I practice people-first leadership that’s empathetic, compassionate and collaborative. I work to build trust so I can give the creatives I manage room to explore and build their best work!

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats. Nearly every hat, actually. I’m a multi-disciplinary creative who does it all, at every step of the creative process. Some of the domains I’ve spent the most time with include: editorial publishing, luxury retail marketing, food & beverage consumer packaged goods (CPG), ecommerce content production studio management, experiential marketing, LGBTIQ+ community building, graphic design, art direction, shoot production, creative direction, and translating brand standards and client needs to create high quality work.

I live with my two best friends – my partner Tom and my pug Marty – in Portland’s Foster-Powell neighborhood. I also host a film series named Comedy 101 at the iconic Hollywood Theater, where I get to gush on the regular about the films I love.
